About these terms

These terms will govern enquiries and bookings made with Getaways & Co. Getaways & Co. is an independent travel agent operating through InteleTravel (UK) Ltd, and bookings are subject to InteleTravel's Agency Terms of Business as well as the terms of the relevant supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, etc.).

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been taken and confirmation has been issued.

Financial protection

Details of the financial protection that applies to your booking — including ATOL and/or ABTA protection where relevant — will be confirmed with you before you pay. Getaways & Co. does not hold its own ATOL licence.
